Centria is seeking a Supervising Clinician (BCBA) in Dearborn, Michigan. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based and individualized client care.
Responsibilities: - Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining team functions and communicating job expectations.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing (when applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
