Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. The ideal candidate will be someone who believes in the core clinical values of Centria, respects the values of their clients, and practices Applied Behavior Analysis in alignment with the Foundations of Care, using assent-based approaches.

The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring Centria's clinical standards are met. This role emphasizes clinical quality and is supported by multiple layers of clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clients.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining staff orientation and training.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license (when applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
