Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Niles, Michigan. Centria is committed to individualized, assent-based care, utilizing Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.
The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The role focuses on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to drive compliance and optimal outcomes.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and orienting team members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in alignment with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state license (when applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
