Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Niles, Michigan. The position offers relocation assistance to Niles, known for its affordable living, natural beauty, and community.

The Supervising Clinician will uphold clinical values, respect client values, and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care. They will oversee ABA therapy and guide Behavior Technicians to meet clinical standards.

Role Involves:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clients.
  • Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Maintaining team functions and communicating job expectations.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active state license (if applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
