Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Niles, Michigan. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy, guiding Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. A key aspect of this position is practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care, emphasizing assent-based practices and client-centered approaches.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete).
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state license (when applicable).
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
