Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Niles, Michigan. This role offers an opportunity to relocate to a charming small town with a strong sense of community. The Supervising Clinician will be responsible for overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and the company’s Foundations of Care, which emphasize assent-based practices and individualized care. The role involves clinical oversight, parent engagement, and the development of child-specific behavior plans.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Orienting and training team members.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of an 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete it).
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active state license (when applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • Crisis management experience (preferred).
