Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Niles, Michigan. Niles offers a small-town lifestyle with affordability and natural beauty. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met.
What this role involves:
Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
Developing child-specific behavior plans.
Maintaining staff by communicating job expectations.
Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements for this role include:
Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
Active state license in good standing (when applicable).
1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
Previous supervision experience (preferred).
Crisis management experience (preferred).
