Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Niles, Michigan. The role involves overseeing ABA therapy, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria values clinical quality and provides multiple layers of clinical support. This position eliminates operational tasks, allowing focus on clinical services.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff through training and communication.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
