Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Niles, Michigan. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, and ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will practice Applied Behavioral Analysis aligned with Centria's Foundations of Care and assent-based principles.
- Provide clinical oversight to clientele.
- Train and manage a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engage parents in ABA therapy.
- Develop child-specific behavior plans.
- Lead and maintain staff, ensuring job expectations are met.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements include:
- Master's degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
