Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Tucson, Arizona. Centria will be covering relocation costs.
Located in the Sonoran Desert, Tucson offers sunshine, landscapes, and a vibrant community. The role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians.
Centria's Foundations of Care model centers around clients and ensures individualized care.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in line with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
