Job Description

Centria Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Tucson, Arizona. The role involves providing clinical oversight and ABA therapy, training and managing Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents to improve client outcomes. The Supervising Clinician will adhere to Centria's Foundations of Care model, ensuring individualized, assent-based care through Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.

Centria emphasizes clinical quality and provides multiple layers of clinical support, allowing clinicians to focus exclusively on clinical services by eliminating operational tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete).
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active state license (if applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • Crisis management experience (preferred).
