Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Tucson, Arizona. The role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols.

The position utilizes a Dyad model, eliminating operational tasks and focusing exclusively on clinical services.

Role Involves:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans using ABA principles.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license (when applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
