Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. The position involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. A successful candidate will align with the company's core clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavior Analysis in accordance with Centria's Foundations of Care.Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
• Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
• Developing child-specific behavior plans.
• Leading and maintaining staff.
• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in alignment with BACB guidelines.
• Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days of employment).
• BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
• Active state license, when applicable.
• 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Crisis management experience preferred.
