Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. The position involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. A successful candidate will align with the company's core clinical values and respect the values of clients, practicing Applied Behavior Analysis in accordance with Centria's Foundations of Care.
Responsibilities include: - Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Master's degree or higher in alignment with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days of employment).
- BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
