Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. The Supervising Clinician will uphold the company's core clinical values and respect client values, practicing Applied Behavior Analysis in line with the Foundations of Care model, which emphasizes assent-based care.

The role includes:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles.
  • Leading and maintaining staff, ensuring team functions are completed.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Master's degree or higher in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
