Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician in Tucson, Arizona. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based care, utilizing Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) and Universal Protocols.

The role involves:

  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff, communicating job expectations, and appraising job results.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete it in 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • Crisis management experience (preferred).
