Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervising Clinician to relocate to Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing clinical oversight to clientele, training and managing Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based practices and offers multiple layers of clinical support.
    Role Involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
    Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete it within the first 30 days.
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience preferred.
  • Crisis management experience preferred.
