Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for their Mesa, Arizona center. This role involves providing clinical case support and supervision to a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care through data analysis, in-session coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. The Director will also contribute to training, onboarding, and potentially manage a small caseload, collaborating with various team members to enhance clinical services.
The Role Involves: - Reviewing client data and treatment plans.
- Offering clinical support and supervision to Supervising Clinicians.
- Leading group training for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
- Partnering with internal teams for recruitment and compliance.
- Conducting regular check-ins with caregivers.
Requirements: - Master's or Doctoral degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Active state license, if applicable.
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician or relevant experience at Centria.
- Experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
Centria Autism Offers: - Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually.
