Director of Clinical Services - LSAA South Mountain

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead the team in providing quality care. The Director will be integral in supporting supervising clinicians, ensuring adherence to policies, and fostering a positive service experience for both clients and staff. The role involves clinical case support, performance management, and collaboration with various teams to drive clinical quality and client success.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing client data and ensuring alignment with standards.
• Offering clinical support by conducting case reviews.
• Engaging in problem-solving for challenging cases.
• Evaluating and managing clinical performance of supervising clinicians.
• Organizing and leading group training for supervising clinicians and behavior technicians.
• Partnering with internal teams to recruit and hire supervising clinicians.
• Conducting regular check-ins with caregivers to assess satisfaction.

Requirements include:

• Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
• Active state license, in good standing, if applicable.
• 3+ years experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician preferred or 2+ years experience overseeing cases & Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians
