Job Description
Intermex Wire Transfer is seeking a Payroll Cards Expert Sales to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. The role involves defining and executing sales strategies for Payroll Cards, SaaS, and other B2B solutions. The Expert Sales will identify new business opportunities, understand stakeholder needs, and deliver solutions to increase revenue and market share. They will own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and client success agent.Responsibilities include:
  • Defining and executing the go-to-market sales strategy for Payroll Cards, SaaS and other B2B solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, key stakeholders and decision-makers needs and deliver solutions to increase revenue and market share.
  • Owning client relationships, acting as the single point of contact and new business revenue and gross margin targets in alignment with a strategic framework, short-term and long-term plans
  • Preparing and completing action plans per account.
  • Acting as a client success agent, prior, during and after commercial engagement and product implementation.
  • Recommending product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.
  • Managing clients’ performance in details, during weekly reports and monthly executive meetings
  • Acting as an industry subject matter expert internally and externally.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of expert sales experience in SaaS, Remittances, Payments, Fintech, Financial Services, or Telecoms-Media-Technology industries.
  • Experience in developing and integrating large-scale solutions.
  • Understanding of financial services, APIs, and user interfaces.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, conversation, and managing multiple accounts.
  • Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on client success and ROI.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Understanding of digital customer experience and technology.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Effective planning and target achievement skills.
  • Ability to forecast, spend, monitor, and maintain budgets.
