Job Description
Intermex, a leading money transfer service provider, is seeking a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for executing business growth strategies, generating new revenue, and increasing the existing customer base profit. This role involves in-person sales to SMBs, creating sales routes, delivering product presentations, and managing prospect data in CRM.
- Executing established business growth strategies
- Generating new revenue sales by zip code
- Increasing existing customer base profit
- Creating and following weekly sales routes/plans
- Delivering product presentations
- Improving current Agent relationships
- Proactively managing all prospect data in CRM
- Collaborating cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
- A minimum of 3-4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience
- Experience with retail network supermarkets and/or money transfer services is highly preferred
- Multicultural experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have your own vehicle & car insurance
