Job Description
Intermex, a leading money transfer service provider, is seeking a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for executing business growth strategies, generating new revenue, and increasing the existing customer base profit. This role involves in-person sales to SMBs, creating sales routes, delivering product presentations, and managing prospect data in CRM.
  • Executing established business growth strategies
  • Generating new revenue sales by zip code
  • Increasing existing customer base profit
  • Creating and following weekly sales routes/plans
  • Delivering product presentations
  • Improving current Agent relationships
  • Proactively managing all prospect data in CRM
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience
  • Experience with retail network supermarkets and/or money transfer services is highly preferred
  • Multicultural experience is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have your own vehicle & car insurance
