Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (QA) at Legion

Legion Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (QA) to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a hybrid role, requiring some on-site presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing automated test scripts, frameworks, and test suites for cloud software.
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and QA team members.
• Maintaining documentation of test scripts and automation frameworks.
• Maintaining automated regression test suites.
• Identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects.
• Supporting root cause analysis.
• Refining quality assurance processes.
• Supporting the creation of automated performance tests.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in test automation for cloud software.
• 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium Grid, TestNG, Cucumber, Playwright, TestNG, JUNIT).
• Knowledge of JIRA, Postman, SOAP UI, Jenkins pipeline, and database concepts.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
