Product Manager at Legion

Legion Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of workforce management solutions. This hybrid role, based in Bucharest, Romania, involves ensuring the company's solutions meet the legal and compliance requirements of different countries, and the business needs of various customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and gather insights on labor regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce management compliance.
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into specifications.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Lead product ideation and design sessions.
• Oversee the lifecycle of workforce management solutions.
• Manage beta programs and customer feedback loops.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and gather feedback.
• Provide product expertise during customer meetings and industry events.
• Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building global enterprise solutions for a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with the agile development process.
