Job Description
Legion Technologies is seeking a Global Product Manager, Time and Attendance to drive the development and delivery of workforce management solutions. This role involves ensuring solutions meet diverse legal and compliance requirements across different countries and align with customer business needs. The Global Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design, implement, and optimize product solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research and gather insights on regional labor regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to align product initiatives.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements to meet customer needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce management compliance requirements for EMEA countries.
- Work closely with engineering and development teams to translate customer needs and compliance requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Lead product ideation and design sessions for new features and enhancements.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their workforce management challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, building and launching complex cloud-based enterprise software in workforce management.
- Experience building global enterprise solutions for a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with the agile development process.
- Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams.
