UX Designer at Legion

Legion is seeking a UX Designer to enhance its user experience. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and operates on a hybrid work model. The UX Designer will contribute to building advanced workforce management capabilities in a user-friendly way.

The designer will be responsible for managing design deliverables, working with contract agencies, and collaborating with product management and development teams on product execution. They will also significantly contribute to the visuals, style, and interfaces across Legion's product, website, and collateral.

Responsibilities will include:

• Interaction Design (Prototyping, sketching, working side-by-side with engineers and product managers)
• Collaborate with product managers, customers, engineers, and other designers to build new features and products
• Information Architecture
• UX Research
• Rapidly Design Deliverables

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience gained at software product companies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling platforms
• Early stage startup experience highly desired
• Experience with Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions preferred
• Experience in the Retail, Hospitality, and Fitness industries a plus
• Experienced with web application and mobile product design (Not just website design)
• Experience with "Big Data" or analytics systems design a plus
