Engineering Manager, Antifraud at Pismo

Pismo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its anti-fraud team in Brazil. This role involves managing a high-performance team responsible for integration with client anti-fraud and 3DS solution providers, as well as solutions for calculating taxes, fees, and exchange rates. The Engineering Manager will analyze risks and opportunities, ensure product quality, and make technical decisions in challenging environments.

Requirements:

• B2 English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience managing high-performance teams.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java/Golang.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience with API development and testing.
