Pismo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Cards team in Brazil. This role involves managing the payment cards lifecycle, maintaining operational structure, and improving platform resilience. The Engineering Manager will hire and develop technical personnel, ensuring team engagement and fostering a healthy culture. They will delegate work, collaborate on technical problems, and ensure high-standard development processes.

Minimum Qualifications: - Fluency in written and spoken English
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performance teams
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Experience with Java or Golang
- Experience with Relational DBs
- Experience with Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog or similar
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Experience with Distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Understanding of SRE/DevOps concepts
- Previous experience with large-scale/high-throughput services
