Kulfi Collective is seeking a Creative Director - Social Media to drive social media strategy and execution for Spotify India. The Creative Director will lead the social vision, stay ahead of trends, and create content that resonates with Gen Z audiences. They will collaborate with various teams to bring ideas to life and shape Spotify's presence across platforms.Role involves:
- Leading the social vision for Spotify India.
- Trendspotting and translating them into relevant content.
- Building native content ideas for platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and Snap.
- Collaborating with design teams to define the look, feel, and tone of Spotify's social creatives.
- Developing monthly/weekly social media calendars and overseeing campaign management.
- Writing compelling copy and scripts tailored to social-first storytelling.
- Overseeing Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in social-first creative roles.
- Proven expertise in creating content that resonates with Indian Gen Z audiences.
- Experience with music and/or pop culture accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of design references, meme culture, creator language, and audience behavior on social.
- Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work closely with clients, present confidently, and guide junior team members.
