Job Description
Topsort is seeking a motivated and creative Event and Community Manager to join their growing team in Boston (Somerville office). This role will be a spokesperson for Topsort’s innovative retail media APIs and products, working with retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps across the US and Canada. The Event and Community Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing activities and events for Topsort, including conferences and webinars.

Role involves:
  • Managing social media presence and creating engaging LinkedIn posts.
  • Coordinating all aspects of event planning, including booking flights, securing accommodation, and arranging transportation.
  • Working closely with vendors to ensure events are organized smoothly.
  • Efficiently solving problems and navigating last-minute issues during events.

Requirements:
  • B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other Marketing Major from a top school.
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination (start-up experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working closely with internal teams to coordinate and market events.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
