Topsort is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their growing sales team in LATAM. This role involves driving growth, closing deals, and owning the sales cycle. The Account Executive will build relationships with key accounts and collaborate with the founders and product team to shape the future of retail media.Responsibilities:
  • Sell Topsort’s retail media infrastructure and new product lines.
  • Achieve sales quota.
  • Win RFPs and deals in a competitive market.
  • Generate pipeline from industry connections and outbound activities.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product team.
  • Stay on top of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or product management.
  • Experience with fast-growing startups.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
