Pismo is seeking a Director of Delivery and Implementation for the LATAM region. The implementation team manages new projects related to payments and banking, guiding clients from contract signature to go-live. This role involves leading Pismo's Implementations projects and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading Pismo's Implementations projects.
  • Project management.
  • Relationship w/ 3rd parties (Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, etc).
  • Customer-oriented view.
  • Define team goals and responsibilities.
  • Oversees implementation projects.
  • Track and Implement KPIs.
  • Ensuring visibility of project evolution to stakeholders.
  • Optimise time to value for clients and consistently maintain reasonable timelines.
  • Define and improve deployment process.
  • Bringing feedback/insights to leaders.
  • Be aware of the features and evolutions of the Pismo platform.
  • Deployment requirements knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English Level
  • Proven strong experience in new clients: Onboarding/Implementation stage
  • Banking, Fintech, and Portfolio, Program or Project Management
  • Excellent organisation, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management and time management skills
  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
  • Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high level clients and with all levels of management in Pismo
