Job Description

Topsort is seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Business Operations Associate to support internal operations as the company scales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating day-to-day workflows across departments. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and streamlining internal systems, calendars, and documents.
  • Building scalable workflows for recurring tasks.
  • Maintaining the internal knowledge base, including battle cards, SOPs, onboarding guides, and wikis.
  • Assisting with preparing decks, meeting logistics, and internal presentations.
  • Aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and People Ops by managing timelines, materials, and communication.
  • Organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through.

Requirements:

  • B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields from a top school.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment.
  • Highly motivated and organized with an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fearless attitude and ability to quickly learn new topics.
