Job Description
Topsort is seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Business Operations Associate to support internal operations as the company scales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating day-to-day workflows across departments. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and streamlining internal systems, calendars, and documents.
- Building scalable workflows for recurring tasks.
- Maintaining the internal knowledge base, including battle cards, SOPs, onboarding guides, and wikis.
- Assisting with preparing decks, meeting logistics, and internal presentations.
- Aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and People Ops by managing timelines, materials, and communication.
- Organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through.
Requirements:
- B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields from a top school.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment.
- Highly motivated and organized with an entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Fearless attitude and ability to quickly learn new topics.
