Software Engineer - Integrations APAC at Topsort

Topsort is seeking a passionate and communicative Integrations Engineer in APAC to join its fast-growing Engineering team. This role is based in Sydney or Hong Kong. The Integrations Engineer will take full ownership of integrations, working directly with APAC customers to shape how Topsort's cutting-edge retail media API solutions seamlessly connect with the world’s leading retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps. This role involves:

• Leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
• Working directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to understand their needs and ensure seamless API integrations.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations for top-tier retailers and marketplaces.
• Owning key client interactions, building trust, and becoming a go-to expert for their integration needs.
• Developing internal tools and frameworks to streamline and simplify integrations.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech is a plus.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Expertise in building integration tools and APIs to enable seamless connectivity.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms.
• Fluency in English (Advanced level) required for working with international clients.
• Strong ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly agile and adaptable, able to navigate change, iterate quickly, and drive solutions in dynamic environments.
• A creative thinker with a solution-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
