Software Engineer, Integrations - Sao Paulo at Topsort

Topsort is seeking a passionate and communicative Integration Engineer to join their fast-growing engineering team. In this role, the individual will take ownership of integrations, working directly with customers to shape how Topsort's retail media API solutions connect with retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
• Working directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to deeply understand their needs and ensure seamless API integrations.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations for top-tier retailers and marketplaces.
• Owning key client interactions, building trust, and becoming a go-to expert for their integration needs.
• Developing internal tools and frameworks to streamline and simplify integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in building integration tools and APIs.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth).
• Availability to work 4 days per week onsite at our Sao Paulo Office.
