Product Manager at Topsort

Topsort is seeking a Product Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The company aims to democratize advertising technologies and create a privacy-first, cookie-free environment. Topsort has deep roots in Latin America and Brazil, and is expanding its presence in the region.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to execution. They will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

What this role involves:

• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and adoption.
• Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product and technical requirements.
• Actively participating in sprint planning and review meetings.
• Evaluating and selecting the best solutions by balancing trade-offs and opportunities for innovation.
• Tracking product performance and maintaining clear technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
• Availability to work onsite 4 days per week at our Santiago or Sao Paulo office.
