Client Success Expert (Remote)

Job Description

INFUSE is seeking a Client Success Specialist. In this role, the individual will contribute to client satisfaction and company success. The Client Success Specialist will report to the hiring manager and work with the INFUSE team.

The Client Success Expert role involves:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Communicating progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory and collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Providing assistance across a variety of administrative and operational tasks

Requirements for the Client Success Expert role:

• Proven track record of managing client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail and manage priorities effectively
• Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them
• Ability to address challenges and proactively offer solutions
