Mission Development Lead

Vannevar Labs is seeking a Mission Development Lead to drive deployments of its software within the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will identify mission groups that can benefit from the company's technology and develop partnerships to facilitate its adoption. This role involves scoping and implementing pilot programs, navigating organizational structures, and expanding successful pilots into larger, sustained capabilities.Role involves:

• Identifying mission groups with technology needs.
• Developing partnerships to drive software deployments.
• Scoping and implementing pilot engagements.
• Converting successful pilots into larger projects.

Requirements:

• Motivated problem solver with ownership and urgency.
• DoD mission user experience, domain knowledge, or military service.
• U.S. Persons status with a current Top Secret US DoD or IC clearance.
