Job Description
Vannevar is seeking a Mission Success Lead to contribute to their deployments and ensure successful technology outcomes for defense and national security partners. The Mission Success Lead will report to a Mission Success Manager. The ideal candidate will bring experience and intuition to deploying new defense products with the Department of Defense. They should be a mission domain expert with mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service.
What this role involves:
- Owning the delivery of capabilities outlined within contracted periods of performances (POPs).
- Exceeding customer expectations and over-delivering to ensure continued partnership.
- Deeply understanding the mission sets and pain points of users to tackle their challenges using Vannevar’s capabilities.
- Going to where the users are to best understand how Vannevar can provide value.
- Helping build world-class software by providing on-the-ground reality expertise to product and engineering teams.
- Directing resources as needed, including onsite embedded personnel, product managers, engineers, and other mission personnel.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience deploying SaaS software.
- 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service.
- Previous experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles.
- U.S. Person status is required.
- Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously.
- Ability to receive an SCI nomination is required.
