Mission Success Lead at Vannevar Labs

Vannevar Labs, a company dedicated to building tools for national security, seeks a Mission Success Lead to support deployments and deliver technology outcomes to defense partners. This role involves understanding user needs, owning the delivery of capabilities, exceeding customer expectations, and providing on-the-ground expertise to product and engineering teams.

The Mission Success Lead will report to a Mission Success Manager and contribute to launching pilot projects, converting them into larger initiatives, and integrating them into existing programs.

What the Role Involves:

• Owning the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods of performance.
• Exceeding customer expectations.
• Understanding user needs and pain points.
• Going to where the users are to understand how Vannevar's capabilies provide value.
• Bringing expertise back to the company.
• Direct resources as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience deploying SaaS software.
• 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service.
• Motivated problem solver.
• Previous experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles.
• U.S. Person status.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• SCI nomination.
