Job Description
Vannevar is seeking a Mission Success Lead to drive technology outcomes for defense and national security partners. The Mission Success Lead will report to a Mission Success Manager. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and intuition to deploy new defense products within the Department of Defense. They will be a mission domain expert with experience in mission user experience, intelligence, or military service.

Role involves:
  • Owning the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods of performance.
  • Exceeding customer expectations and ensuring continued partnership.
  • Understanding user mission sets and pain points.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to build world-class software.
  • Directing resources to meet customer objectives.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience deploying SaaS software.
  • 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service.
  • Experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles.
  • U.S. Person status.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance or previous clearance.
