Mission Success Lead

Job Description

Vannevar Labs is seeking a Mission Success Lead to execute deployments and deliver technology outcomes to defense and national security partners. This role involves working within a pod focused on launching pilots, converting them into larger projects, and embedding them within existing programs. The ideal candidate will be a mission domain expert with experience in deploying new defense products with the Department of Defense.Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods of performance.
• Exceed customer expectations and ensure continued partnership.
• Understand user mission sets and pain points to tackle challenges using Vannevar’s capabilities.
• Go to where the users are to understand how Vannevar can provide value.
• Help build world-class software by providing on-the-ground reality to product and engineering teams.
• Direct resources as needed, including onsite personnel, product managers, and engineers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience deploying SaaS software.
• 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service.
• Experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles.
• U.S. Person status is required.
• Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously.
• Ability to receive an SCI nomination is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Germany.
