Vannevar Labs is seeking a Mission Success Lead to contribute to deployments and deliver impactful technology outcomes for defense and national security partners. This role involves executing delivery strategies, understanding user needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Mission Success Lead acts as a bridge between the company's capabilities and the mission requirements of its defense partners.Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery capabilities within contracted periods.
  • Exceed customer expectations.
  • Understand user mission sets and pain points.
  • Go to where the users are - understand value.
  • Help build world-class software.
  • Direct resources as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience deploying SaaS software.
  • 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service
  • Motivated problem solver.
  • Previous experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles
  • U.S. Person status required.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously.
  • Ability to receive an SCI nomination is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Germany.
