Lead Cloud Platform Engineer (Automation / Migration) at 3Cloud

3Cloud is seeking a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer to provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements. This role involves leading architectural design sessions, coaching peers, and managing client expectations, while fostering a collaborative team culture.

3Cloud needs someone who can provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop confidence in infrastructure delivery. The candidate will foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and assist in reaching billable targets by resolving project blockers.

The Lead Cloud Platform Engineer will also support change orders, drive alignment between practice areas, and stay updated on the latest technologies. He will gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings to help position them in existing infrastructure engagements and identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical oversight and guidance.
• Serving as a coach to support team member upskilling.
• Functioning as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills.
• Ensuring project milestones are aligned to a project plan.
• Helping the delivery team reach billable targets.

Requirements:

• Broad, deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).
• Experience facilitating change orders and project extensions.
• AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
