Lead Consultant - Software Engineering at 3Cloud

3Cloud is seeking a Lead Consultant in Software Engineering to collaborate with clients in developing applications on the Azure platform. This role involves analysis, design, and planning of application components in Azure and related technologies. The candidate will have client-facing responsibilities and lead technical discussions, demonstrating proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud solutions, along with modern JavaScript skills.The Lead Consultant will join a team of cloud architects and technologists within 3Cloud, a Gold-certified Microsoft Azure provider. They will be responsible for providing cloud strategy, design, implementation, and managed services to clients across various North American industries.Role Involves:

• Owning technical envisioning, design, and project scope for Azure-based solutions.
• Translating requirements into technical designs using existing tools and frameworks.
• Driving design and deployment of client workloads into Azure.
• Staying updated with emerging technology trends in cloud solutions.
• Identifying and growing opportunities to accelerate consumption in customer accounts.
• Training and providing knowledge transfer to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience managing a team or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in application development with C# .NET, Angular, Microservices, React, Node.
• Experience in Azure, Azure App Services, Microsoft, and Agile.
• Passion for building front-end and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
