Lead Consultant - Quality Engineering

3Cloud is looking for a Lead Consultant - Quality Engineering. The role is remote and based in the Philippines. 3Cloud is looking for someone who is motivated and challenged, ready for growth, and wants to work on teams where people roll up their sleeves to take on tough problems together. The role focuses on Azure, offering opportunities to grow skills in Microsoft and Azure.

Role Involves:

• Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using testing tools
• Creating test strategies, test documents, and processes
• Reporting and discussing issues with the development team
• Performing both manual and automation testing and creating test scripts for projects
• Providing accurate record results, test cases, and sharing feedback to the project team
• Ensuring the finished product complies with project objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools
• Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium)
• Experience in API Testing
• Experience with any programming language: Java, C#, Python
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good presentation and report writing skills
