3Cloud is seeking a motivated and collaborative Sales Operations Specialist to support the professional services organization. This remote role based in the Philippines will be integral to the day-to-day operations, working closely with the Sales and Pre Sales Teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Sales and Pre Sales Teams to create and track new opportunities.
- Performing administrative tasks with changing priorities.
- Supporting Go To Market individuals with reporting needs.
- Salesforce administration and support.
- Other Partner tool administration and support (Microsoft Partner Center, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, etc).
- Implementing process and automation to ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce/Financial Force.
- A passion for using technology to solve problems.
