Checkbook is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably within the FinTech industry. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing deals, and building long-term partnerships.
- Creating detailed business plans to reach goals
- Managing the sales cycle from lead to close
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Ensuring good mutual fit with prospects
- Resolving issues and handling complaints
- Negotiating contracts and close deals
- Gathering feedback to increase customer engagement
The candidate should have proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should act as a consultant, understand sales performance metrics, and have business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally at a B2B startup
- Proven ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of the sales process
- Consistent, methodical, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
