Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler, is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Southern California region. The role involves cultivating relationships, generating new opportunities, and contributing to the company's mission of achieving exponential growth.Responsibilities include:
- Contacting new and existing brokers to explain program features and benefits.
- Compiling and organizing information to close quotes.
- Maintaining the producer marketing database.
- Facilitating product webinars and website demonstrations.
- Executing telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
- Assisting with corporate communications, marketing, and advertising.
- Participating in industry trade shows.
- Recommending ideas for promotions and following up on them.
- Developing referrals.
- Completing special projects.
Minimum qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
