Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), a technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler, is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Southern California region. The role involves cultivating relationships, generating new opportunities, and contributing to the company's mission of achieving exponential growth.Responsibilities include:
  • Contacting new and existing brokers to explain program features and benefits.
  • Compiling and organizing information to close quotes.
  • Maintaining the producer marketing database.
  • Facilitating product webinars and website demonstrations.
  • Executing telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
  • Assisting with corporate communications, marketing, and advertising.
  • Participating in industry trade shows.
  • Recommending ideas for promotions and following up on them.
  • Developing referrals.
  • Completing special projects.
Minimum qualifications include:
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  • 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
