Checkbook is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its Sales Team. The ideal candidate should possess experience with the responsibilities outlined below and demonstrate an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Fintech experience is a plus.
The Sales Engineer will support Checkbook's Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams by helping customers understand the technical possibilities with Checkbook. They will understand user and partner requirements and communicate how Checkbook can solve their business and technical challenges. The role involves creating technical content to demonstrate how to implement specific use cases or best practices. The Sales Engineer will support large enterprise customers across executive and technical stakeholders and serve as the primary technical point of contact for the largest users and partners' technical teams.
The Sales Engineer will also contribute to product improvement by working with product teams to address customer feedback and, when necessary, building solutions themselves.
