The successful candidate will work with a large dataset, collaborating with editorial analysts to evaluate data and implement techniques to improve content quality. • Collating, researching, and analyzing data.
• Handling data-related queries and issues.
• Maintaining SLAs for user and system-flagged records and customer support requests.
• Assisting with special content editorial projects.
• Improving overall data quality through quality checks.
• Identifying data coverage gaps and researching solutions.
• Converting complex data into understandable reports.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of work experience as an analyst or researcher.
