Product Designer (Senior/Staff)

Nourish is seeking a Senior or Staff Product Designer to spearhead the design of its patient experience. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare delivery through human-centered, AI-enhanced experiences. The designer will be a key partner to product, engineering, and leadership, influencing the roadmap and leading the design process from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the design of core product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive user research and discovery at a strategic level.
• Evolve and scale the design system.
• Shape and strengthen the design culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• 3+ years of experience designing consumer products (mobile and web).
• Obsession with customers and craft.
• Excellent understanding of design principles.
• Willingness to perform various tasks to get the job done.
• Experience building and shipping new features.
