Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to enhance health outcomes by growing patient referrals. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners, including primary care physicians and specialists. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to one of Nourish’s Provider Partnerships Regional Managers and will be field-based, requiring 4-5 days per week meeting with providers within a 1-hour driving radius. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition and eager to help solve America’s healthcare crisis.Role involves:
- Identifying new provider partner leads through research and prospecting.
- Reaching out to leads and activating them as referral partners.
- Continuously nurturing existing partnerships through in-person visits and emails.
- Contributing to the development of the Provider Partnerships function.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
