Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to improve health outcomes by increasing patient referrals. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists, within a 1-hour driving radius of Indianapolis, IN. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to a Regional Manager and will be responsible for identifying new leads, converting them into referral partners, and nurturing existing relationships through in-person visits and other interactions.

Role involves: - Field Engagement: Spending 4-5 days per week meeting with providers.
- Spotting Opportunities: Identifying new provider partner leads.
- Connecting & Converting: Reaching out to leads and activating them as referral partners.
- Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously nurturing existing partnerships.
Requirements: - 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
